What Is Used To Make Plastic Pellets?
The plastic pelletizing process is the process of converting waste plastic material into high-quality plastic pellets, which involves several important steps, from crushing to final storage. Plastic recycling plants such as plastic shredders, plastic granulator machines, plastic washing tanks, and other plastic recycling machines are all key equipment in the manufacture of plastic pellets. Plastic Shredder
Firstly, raw materials, such as plastic film and woven bags, are crushed through a plastic shredder. This step cuts large pieces of plastic material into smaller pieces to make them easier to handle. The purpose of the shredding is to reduce the volume of the raw material and provide a suitable initial material for subsequent processing steps.
Plastic Washing Tank
