The Tire Shredding machine Working Process
Our tire shredding process is designed for simple operation and consistent, high-quality output.
- Feeding: Whole scrap tires are loaded into the infeed hopper by a conveyor or grapple.
- Shredding: Inside, two counter-rotating shafts with high-hardness alloy steel blades grab the tires and tear them apart with immense shearing force.
