Introduction of PET Bottle Washing Plant
PET bottle flakes washing line is used to recycle plastic bottles, the final product is clean PET bottle flakes, its workflow is roughly de-labeling – crushing – separating – washing – drying. The PET bottle recycling machine shipped to Kenya includes a plastic label removing machine, PET bottle crusher, washing and sorting tank, PET friction washing machine, and plastic dewatering machine. The production line can be flexibly configured.

Specifications of PET Bottle Flake Washing Line
Plastic Label Removing Machine
The machine is used to remove labels made of PVC from plastic bottles with a power of 1kw + 2.2kw, a weight of 2600kg, and dimensions of 4000*1000*1600mm.
PET Bottle Crusher
The machine is used to crush PET bottles into pieces for subsequent washing and recycling, with a power of 11KW, a capacity of 300kg/h, and a size of 1300*650*800mm.
Washing and Sorting Tank
The PET bottle washing plant separates the PET bottle flakes from the caps while washing to ensure the purity of the final product, with a power of 3KW and a size of 5000*1000*1200mm.
PET Friction Washing Machine and Plastic Dewatering Machine
The friction washer has a number of rubbing plates inside to thoroughly clean PET bottle flakes, and the plastic dewatering machine is used to remove excess water from the plastic. Their power is 5.5KW and 7.5KW respectively.
