The Kenyan customer was looking for a solution to deal with waste plastics, which are expected to be processed into plastic pellets for reuse. Our sales manager communicated deeply with the customer to understand his raw materials, needs, and budget and recommended a perfect solution for him. After careful consideration, the customer was satisfied with our proposal and reached an agreement to cooperate.
