Recently, we have reached a cooperation with a German customer, who ordered a plastic granulation line from Shuliy Machinery. Our plastic washing pelletizing lines are highly productive and can process waste plastics into recycled plastic pellets.

Understanding Customer Needs

The German customer wanted to start his plastic recycling business and they were looking for a reliable solution to process their raw materials into plastic pellets. They found our website while searching for a relevant plastic recycling machine and then contacted our sales manager. After understanding the customer’s needs, the sales manager introduced our plastic granulation line and its configuration to the customer and suggested that the solution could be customized.

Customized Solutions For Our Customers

The customer is very satisfied with the plastic washing pelletizing line recommended by our sales manager. Two extra sets of blades and screens were given to the waste plastic crusher. The main machine of the plastic granulator chose electromagnetic heating, and the auxiliary machine chose heating ring heating. In addition, the customer asked for a black color with red color, matte finish, and logo on the machine.
