How To Process Waste Plastic Into Plastic Pellets?
Processing waste plastics into pellets is a multi-step process, and the following is a brief description of each step:
- Crushing: First of all, the waste plastics are fed into the plastic waste crushing machine, after mechanical force and the action of the blade, the waste plastics are cut into small pieces.
- Washing: The crushed plastic pieces are fed into a plastic chips washing machine for cleaning. This step is designed to remove surface dirt, grease, and other impurities to ensure the purity of the plastic.
- Drying: The washed plastics go through a plastic scrap dryer machine to remove moisture, a process that ensures the quality of the pellets.
- Pelletizing: The dried plastic pieces are fed into a plastic recycling pelletizing machine. The pelletizer heats the plastic to a molten state and then extrudes it into long strips of plastic.
