Recently, our company successfully installed a complete PET recycling plant in South Sudan, specifically designed for recycling discarded water bottles and beer bottles. With our technical support, the customer successfully converted discarded bottles into high-quality PET bottle flakes for secondary processing.

Project Background

This South Sudanese client operates a water and beer production plant, generating a large number of discarded PET water and beer bottles each year. Due to defects, expired products, and other factors, these plastic bottles cannot be sold on the market, and the accumulated waste bottles have become a major challenge for the client. To efficiently manage this waste, the client decided to introduce PET bottle recycling equipment to convert the discarded bottles into renewable resources.

The Role of PET Recycling Plant

By using this PET recycling plant, customers in South Sudan can process discarded PET bottles into high-quality PET flakes, which are further processed into plastic pellets for blowing new bottles. In this way, not only does it save on raw material procurement costs, but it also achieves the recycling of waste.

With the on-site assistance of our engineers, this PET bottle recycling machine has been successfully installed and put into operation.
