A tire debeader machine is a hydraulic-powered machine used to extract the steel wire bead from the inner edge of waste tires. This machine is a crucial component in the early stage of a 胶粉生产线, preparing the tires for shredding or grinding by removing the tough, wire-reinforced rings that are difficult to process.
Our debeader models are designed to handle tires with diameters of up to 1200mm, making them ideal for passenger car and light truck tires. Of course, for larger tires, such as OTR tires and mining tires, we also offer corresponding models.
轮胎剥线机如何工作？
剥线过程首先将轮胎放置在轮胎钢丝拔出机的提取口上。一个由电机驱动的液压系统驱动的强力钢钩会伸入轮胎内部，抓住嵌入轮胎壁的钢丝圈。
在液压力的作用下，钢钩进行往复运动，高效而干净地将钢丝抽出。此过程可最大限度地减少橡胶损失并防止钢丝断裂，确保钢丝被完全抽出，轮胎已准备好进行进一步加工。

The single hook debeader model is equipped with an 11kW motor, with overall dimensions of 4.1×0.7×1.7 meters and a weight of approximately 1400 kg. It is suitable for processing tires with diameters from 900 to 1200 mm, with a capacity of 20–30 tires per hour.
The double hook debeader machine uses an 18.5kW motor, measures 4.2×0.9×1.7 meters, and weighs 1500 kg. It handles the same tire sizes but offers higher efficiency, processing 40–50 tires per hour.
