Today, a customer from Qatar placed an order with our company for several tire disposal machines. The customer from Qatar operates a local tire recycling plant, mainly focusing on the pre-processing (primarily cutting) of waste tires, including removing the bead wires, cutting and splitting the tires, and shredding them. With the increasing number of end-of-life tires in the region, the customer aimed to improve processing efficiency and standardize their recycling workflow.
To support this goal, the customer sought reliable tire processing equipment that could handle different stages of tire disposal while maintaining stable performance.


Understanding Customer Requirements
During the communication process, our team gained a clear understanding of the customer’s needs. The existing facility required a complete solution covering the following steps:
- Removing steel bead wires from tires
- Cutting tire sidewalls and splitting tires
- Shredding tires into smaller rubber pieces for further processing
Based on these requirements, we proposed a practical tire disposal machine solution tailored to the customer’s current production setup and future expansion plans.

Cut off the sections containing the bead wires on both sides of the tire.

3. Tire Shredder
The tire shredder processes pre-treated tires into smaller rubber blocks, making them suitable for further recycling such as rubber powder production or other applications.

This configuration forms a complete tire disposal machine line, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow from whole tires to shredded material.
Shipment and Project Progress
After confirming the equipment configuration and technical details, production was completed as scheduled. The full set of tire disposal machine equipment has now been successfully shipped to Qatar.
The customer will install the machines in their existing facility, where they are expected to integrate seamlessly into the current tire recycling process.
