A high-efficiency rubber powder mill is at the core of the complete tire recycling solution Shuliy Machinery recently delivered to a client in Canada. The client aimed to establish a local business to convert waste tires into durable rubber floor tiles, achieving resource recycling and commercial value. Shuliy Machinery provided him with an end-to-end solution, from tire decomposition and powder production to final tile molding.
Client’s Needs and Challenges
The primary challenge for our Canadian client was to process waste tires of various sizes, with a maximum diameter of 1200mm. His ultimate goal was to produce high-quality rubber tiles in different specifications to supply local markets such as playgrounds, gyms, and walkways. Therefore, he required a complete and integrated production line that could seamlessly handle every step from raw material to finished product.
Shuliy’s Customized Solution
In response to the client’s specific requirements, our engineers designed a complete and efficient process flow:
Step 1: Tire Pre-processing
We first equipped the production line with a tire dismantling machine. This machine easily removes the steel-wire bead rings from both sides of the 1200mm tires and cuts the remaining part into sections. This prepares the material for the subsequent shredding process and significantly improves the processing efficiency of the entire tire recycling line.
