Main Equipment and Process

Tire Sidewall Cutter
Tire ring cutters are used to partially remove the steel wire-containing bead from both sides of a scrap tyre.
The main purpose of this step is to separate the hardest steel bead structure in the tyre, laying the foundation for subsequent cutting and shredding.
Tire Strip Cutter
The tyre strip cutting machine cuts tyres with removed rims horizontally into 3-5 cm wide rubber strips. The machine is made of strong alloy knives with a sturdy structure and high wear resistance, suitable for continuous work.
Tire Block Cutter
This block cutter is used to cut rubber strips into uniform blocks for subsequent entry into the rubber crusher for crushing and grinding. The blades are made of high-quality alloy steel for durability.
Steel Wire Separator
It is used to process the sidewall part of the tyre that contains steel wire, and the rubber is completely separated from the steel wire by extrusion.
The separated rubber can still go into the crushing process, while the steel wire can be recycled as steel scrap to increase the added value.
Rubber Crusher Machine
It is the core machine of the rubber powder production line, combining crushing, screening, and magnetic separation. Rubber blocks are crushed in stages, and unqualified particles are reprocessed to ensure uniform size.
The built-in magnetic separator removes residual steel wire, achieving up to 99% purity. Final size (10–30 mesh, etc.) is adjustable per customer needs.
