温水洗浄槽: Hot wash tanks clean PET bottle flakes through high-temperature water with chemical detergents. It is more effective than cold washing, it can effectively remove the presence or absence as well as residual adhesive, etc.
プラスチック製フリクションワッシャー: Inside the machine, there are multiple rubbing plates and rubbing strips to wash out the detergent brought out of the hot wash tank and lower the pH level.
横型乾燥機: The machine can remove 98% of the water in PET bottle flakes, and with the drying tube at the back, the water can be controlled at 0.5-1%.
