Final Product
- Rubber Granules (1–5mm): Used for playground surfacing, road construction, and molded rubber products.
- Rubber Powder (10–40 mesh): Applied in the production of reclaimed rubber or secondary processing of rubber products.
- Steel Wires: Recovered through magnetic separation, can be sold to smelters or reprocessing companies.
- Nylon Fiber Impurities: Separated by air separation equipment for centralized disposal or potential reuse.

Solution 1: For Tires with a Diameter of 1400–4000mm
Main Equipment Configuration:
- OTR Debeader – Removes the steel wire rings from both sides of the tire
- OTR Cutter – Cuts whole tires into manageable blocks
- Tyre Shredder (Model 1200 or above) – Shreds tire blocks into rubber chunks
- Intermediate Conveyor Belt – Transfers rubber chunks to the storage unit
- Automatic Buffer Storage System – Temporarily stores material and ensures continuous feeding
- Discharge Conveyor under the Hopper – Delivers material to the next processing unit
- Rubber Cracker Mill (Model XKP450 or above) – Grinds rubber chunks into granules or powder
- Fiber Separator – Removes nylon fiber from the rubber powder
- Rubber Powder Collection & Conveyor System – Collects and transfers final products for packaging or further use
Solution 2: For Super-Sized Tires (R35–R63)

- OTR Dismantling Machine: Disassembles whole tires into workable sections
- OTR Steel Wire Separator: Used to process cut off bead areas to efficiently separate the steel bead from the rubber.
