How Does the PCB Dismantling Process Work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The dismantling process combines heating and mechanical separation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, waste PCB boards enter the heating section. The solder connecting the components to the circuit board is heated and softened. The treated boards are then transferred to the automatic dismantling section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mechanical action removes the loosened electronic components from the PCB substrate. During operation, the dust exhaust and collection system can collect dust generated during the dismantling process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
