Kebutuhan dan Tantangan Klien<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tantangan utama bagi klien Kanada kami adalah memproses ban bekas dari berbagai ukuran, dengan diameter maksimum 1200mm. Tujuan akhirnya adalah memproduksi ubin karet berkualitas tinggi dalam berbagai spesifikasi untuk memasok pasar lokal seperti taman bermain, gym, dan trotoar. Langkah 1: Pra-pengolahan Ban<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We first equipped the production line with a mesin pembongkar ban<\/a><\/strong>. This machine easily removes the steel-wire bead rings from both sides of the 1200mm tires and cuts the remaining part into sections. This prepares the material for the subsequent shredding process and significantly improves the processing efficiency of the entire tire recycling line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, the production line is equipped with a dedicated tire bead wire separator<\/a><\/strong>. This machine processes the bead rings that have been cut from the tires, efficiently separating the internal steel wire from the rubber. Meanwhile, the main tire body, with its beads removed, is sent directly to the shredder for the next stage of the crushing process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Langkah 2: Penghancuran Kasar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The cut tire strips are fed into an 800 penggiling ban<\/a><\/strong>, which quickly tears them into 3-8 cm rubber chips.<\/p>\n\n\n

These rubber chips are then conveyed to the core of the system: the SL-400 rubber powder mill<\/a><\/strong>. This powerful rubber cracker mill grinds the chips into the required mesh size, while the line’s integrated magnetic and fiber separation systems automatically remove steel wire and nylon, ensuring the purity of the final rubber powder. The stable performance of our rubber powder mill was a key factor in the client’s decision.<\/p>\n\n\n
