Filmgranulators<\/h2>    <p>Der Kunststofffoliengranulator umfasst Elemente wie eine Zuf\u00fchr\u00f6ffnung, eine automatische Zuf\u00fchrung, ein Reduzierst\u00fcck, verschiedene Heizger\u00e4te (z. B. elektromagnetische, Keramik- und Eisenheizsysteme), Schrauben, einen Motor, einen Formkopf, einen elektrischen Schaltschrank usw.<\/p>    <p>Das Funktionsprinzip des Kunststofffoliengranulators besteht darin, dass der Kunststofffolienabfall \u00fcber eine Lade\u00f6ffnung und eine automatische Zuf\u00fchrmaschine in die Maschine gef\u00f6rdert wird. Anschlie\u00dfend wird der Kunststoff erhitzt und geschmolzen und durchl\u00e4uft das Extrusionssystem, um eine homogene Schmelze zu bilden, die von der Schnecke unter dem w\u00e4hrend des Prozesses
