EPS-Schaum ist ein g\u00e4ngiger Kunststoffschaum, der h\u00e4ufig f\u00fcr Verpackungen, Geb\u00e4udeisolierung, Kunst und dekorative Anwendungen verwendet wird. gro\u00dfen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und niedrigen Dichte zun\u00e4chst unter Verwendung eines Schaumschredders zur anschlie\u00dfenden Verarbeitung in kleine St\u00fccke zerkleinert werden.<\/p>   <div Komprimierung<\/h3>    <p>Die zerkleinerten kleinen EPS -Schaumst\u00fccke werden zum EPS -Granulator transportiert, wo sie komprimiert und durch das Schraubensystem erhitzt werden, um den Schaum zu weich und zu schmelzen.<\/p>    <h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Extrusion schmelzen<\/h3>    <p>Das geschmolzene EPS -Material wird aus der Form extrudiert, die von der Schraube angetrieben wird, um EPE- bzw. EPS-Materialien bestimmt sind. Aufgrund geringf\u00fcgiger Unterschiede in den Granulierprozessen f\u00fcr diese beiden Materialien waren separate Granulatoren erforderlich. <\/p>    <p>Das vom Client ausgew\u00e4hlte EPS-Granulatormodell verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine Produktionskapazit\u00e4t von 150 bis 200 kg\/h, verf\u00fcgt .
