A fiber separator machine is widely used in tire recycling and rubber powder production plants to remove residual fiber contaminants from finished rubber powder. Recently, an Indian customer contacted us looking for a reliable solution to improve the purity of rubber powder produced by their existing recycling line.
After learning about our equipment, the customer shared photos and videos of their raw materials and production process. Our technical team carefully evaluated the material characteristics and recommended a customized fiber separator configuration that could meet the customer’s processing requirements.
Understanding the Customer’s Recycling Project
The customer operates a rubber powder production facility in India and already has equipment for shredding, grinding, and processing waste tires. However, the final rubber powder still contained a certain amount of textile fiber, which affected the quality of the finished product.
The customer’s goals included:
- Reducing fiber content in rubber powder
- Increasing product purity
- Improving the value of recycled rubber powder
- Integrating the machine into the existing production line
To ensure the equipment would achieve the desired results, we first analyzed the customer’s material and discussed the expected separation performance.
