Recently, we successfully customized a diesel-driven recycling shredder machine for a customer in Nigeria. The customer, who mainly processes PET bottles, had specific requirements for the screen size, mobility, and branding of the crusher. In response to these requirements, we provided a customized solution to ensure that the machine was able to meet their production needs.
Customer Needs And Customized Solutions
Diesel Engine Drive
Due to the unstable power supply in the customer’s area, we recommend the use of a diesel engine as a power source to ensure that the إعادة تدوير آلة التقطيع can run continuously and is not affected by power fluctuations.
Customized Screens
The customer’s main raw material is PET bottles and has specific requirements for the size of the bottle flakes. We supplied a standard 14mm screen, and two additional screens of different sizes (12mm and 16mm) according to the customer’s needs, so that he could easily adjust the finished product size according to different applications.
Removable Wheel
To facilitate the movement and fixation of the scrap grinder machine, we have installed four removable wheels at the bottom of the machine, so that it can be moved freely in different production sites to increase flexibility.
Brand Identity
According to the customer’s requirements, we sprayed its brand logo on the surface of the equipment to enhance brand recognition and make the equipment more in line with the customer’s corporate image.
